I learned about Joaquín Torres García’s universal constructivism during my winter in Uruguay (2019-2020).

Here is a very nice activity that you can try out with the people you are facilitating. I usually do this haven given to the participants a very specific theme.
Examples of my recent exploits: airplane pilots readying themselves for take-off. children learning about the history of Mesopotamia. patients in a patient power group telling the day clinic staff their suggestions for improvement of their user experience.
It is amazing how people find universal symbols for nearly everything they want to express.
